During research in preparation to list this aircraft for sale, our Lear Stevens Aviation Services mechanic noted that this engine log does not mention any likely damage, prop-strike or sudden stoppage from the accident when installed on N5796V.  It also does not mention any tear-down inspection that may have been required to have been done at that time.   


The engine runs great and has good compression.  The engine only had 100 hours at time of the previous airplane's accident and the engine has run for many years and hours with no difficulty but it MAY be technically unairworthy without having had a tear down inspection.  Buyer beware.  Sold "As-Is/Where-Is."
