Seller purchased this aircraft from us in February 2019 when it was North Carolina based. He is not a pilot and was hoping to get his license in this plane. His situation has changed and has jaded us to sell the aircraft for him. He is looking for an “as-is buyer.” 


Aircraft is not insured and can it be flown. Buyers can conduct a pre-purchase inspection at TMB airport near Miami. The aircraft can be operated on the ground.


The previous history on this plane is that it was purchased by a mechanic who intended to overhaul it, improve it and sell it. The compressions were so good that he rented it to a friend to build hours and then sold it to the current owner. That owner ferried it to Florida with his instructor but has not flown it much since.


The ideal buyer will recognize the value in this low time original airplane and either be willing to fly it as-is (past TBO) or have the money to improve it. 


It may not make financial sense to most buyers. We know it’s priced high for an airplane with an engine past TBO but some buyers will pay a premium for a roomy low time airframe with two doors.


Reasonable offers considered but please do not waste our time or yours with low ball Offers on this rare low time aircraft.
